Quantify your mental game to elevate your physical game

We help athletes around the world better understand their mental fitness so they can optimize their athletic performance, athletic experience, and overall quality of life.

We believe we can improve athlete performance and mental health by …

Quantifying the athlete’s mental performance and well-being;

Empowering athletes to track their own levels of mental performance so they can tangibly see their in-game performance improve; and

Encouraging coaches to use combined, anonymous data about mental performance to enhance team performance.

Our technology is a new application of 50 years of neuroscience.

Strap on a safe, mobile, non-intrusive EEG headset, and play a 4-minute game on your tablet.

Our technology partner’s software, based on 50 years of peer-reviewed neuroscience, can then give you an accurate and quantifiable measure of cognitive fatigue (mental tiredness), anxiety and depression.

We expect our research to show that each measure will also correlate with in-game performance.

Our Current Study

We are conducting a proof of concept study that will:

  • Show that cognitive fatigue (I’m really tired or I’m burned out) highly correlates with poorer in-competition performance, and that peak cognitive performance will track with top in-competition player productivity.

  • Show that mental distress (I’m feeling anxious or depressed) highly correlates with a poorer in-competition performance.

We are working with the Victoria technology company NeuO and the Krigolson Lab at the University of Victoria.
